Loyalty Guide

The Crossover Loyalty Programme is a programme that gives back great value to all Housing Finance customers for opening and operating a Crossover Savings Account.

As a Crossover Savings Account customer, you earn points on every new balance you deposit into your Crossover Savings Account. Redeeming your points will be done once a year at any Housing Finance branch.
For customers who desire to advance a level and wish to gather more point balances than is accumulated by the end of the existing year, they will have the accumulated loyalty points automatically ‘banked’ for redemption at the preferred point level.
Each point is equivalent to Kshs. 1,000.

Enrolling is easy, just do the following;

1. Open a Crossover Savings Account
2. Maintain a minimum balance of Kshs. 5,000
3. Continuously grow your savings in order to accumulate more points.
