What you need

* 6 months Bank statements
* 3 months Paystubs
* Utility bill
* PIN Certificate and above ID documents
* Letter of introduction from employer/ Copy of contract

o Valuation report by a HF listed valuer
o Sales Agreement/ draft Offer letter
o Evidence of source of deposit
o Payment of initial fees

* A letter of introduction from an existing account holder or reference letter from your employer or banker
