Mobile Banking is an additional service channel for offering services in a cost effective manner. With Mobile Banking, Housing Finance is able to provide you with real time, secure and convenient services on mobile telephony.

• Mini Statements.
• Funds transfer(Phone to HF accounts).
• Funds transfer (HF to Phone)
• Airtel Money services.

Steps to follow:

Step 1 – Register for mobile banking

• Visit any of our branch or customer service centre and fill out the HF mobile banking  application form
• Ensure your AIRTEL line is registered at any AIRTEL outlet for the mandatory CCK registration of all Mobile phone SIM. This is available at all HF branches.
• You will receive an SMS alert confirming your AIRTEL phone line has been registered on HF mobile banking service
• To access your AIRTEL Money menu on your phone, go to tools, enter default password 1234, and then change to your preferred password.
• You will receive notification that your password has been successfully changed.
• You are now ready to start enjoying HF mobile banking services at the palm of your hand!!

Step 2 – Bank Balance

• Go to AIRTEL Money, Bank, Bank Balance and Enter Password & Press OK
• You will receive a flash SMS with your account number, Available balance and book balance
• You can save or ignore the message by pressing OK.
• We recommend you ignore the message and not save it for security reasons

Step 3 – Check your Bank Statement

• Go to AIRTEL Money, Bank, Bank Statement and  Enter Password & Press OK
• You will receive a flash SMS with details of your last 3 transactions
• Press OK to ignore the message or press Save if you want to save the message to your inbox
• We advise you press OK to ignore the message for security reasons

Step 4 - Transfer money from AIRTEL Money to your HF account

• Go to AIRTEL Money, Bank, From AIRTEL Money account and enter Password & Press OK
• Enter Beneficiary first name, then beneficiary last name, Beneficiary account number at HF and Branch code which is always 003262.
• Key in amount to be transferred, and confirm the details,
• Key in your HF mobile banking password and send.
• You will receive a confirmation SMS with details of the transaction
• Press OK to ignore the message or press save to save it in your inbox

Step 5 – Transfer money from HF account to AIRTEL Money

• Go to AIRTEL Money, Bank, From Bank account, to AIRTEL Money account and Enter Password & Press OK
• Key in the AIRTEL Mobile phone number of the recipient,
• Key in Amount of money to be transferred
• Enter your HF Mobile banking password
• Reconfirm the mobile phone number of recipient
• You will receive a confirmation SMS with details of the transaction.
• Press OK to ignore the message or press Save to save it in your inbox
