Application Procedure

To open the account you will require the following:

• Registration documents of the group
• A copy of the minutes establishing the fund
• Two copies of the Trustees National ID card and two recent passport size photographs
• A deposit equal to or exceeding the minimum amount required.
• A letter of introduction from an existing account holder or a reference letter from your banker or another institution
• Rules governing how the funds will be used (Approved and stamped by the Public Administration (District commissioner, District Officer) of the area
